I sit where user needs meet business reality — the space between the technical experts who build a product and the decision-makers who set its direction. My job is usually translation: taking research, data or a half-formed idea and turning it into something a team can move on.
I'm not a developer, but I work fluently with the technical stack around modern product work — analytics, AI tooling, and the build itself (this site runs on Payload CMS and Vercel). I care most about a shift I keep coming back to: as AI lowers the barrier to building anything, the bar for human-centered quality should rise, not fall. That's the work I want to do.
